Chad M. Schneider, owner of LKN Roofing Inc., has been in the roofing/construction business for over two decades. In 1998, he started his own construction company, CMS Contracting, and subsequently, expanded into LKN Roofing Inc. Chad and his family live locally and he serves the Lake Norman area within a 30 mile radius.
